1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a booked service up to 2 hours before the scheduled arrival time without any penalty. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time may incur a nominal cancellation fee to compensate the professional for their time and travel.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. You may be eligible for a refund or a free rework if:
- The service professional did not arrive or complete the requested job.
- The issue was not resolved or the quality of work was unsatisfactory.
- You were overcharged due to a technical error.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund or complain about service quality, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the service completion time. Please provide your booking ID and photographic evidence of the issue if applicable.
4. Dispute Resolution Process
Once a complaint is raised, our team will investigate by speaking to both you and the service professional. We aim to resolve all disputes within 3-5 business days. We may offer a free return visit by the same or a different professional to fix the issue before issuing a monetary refund.
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
