If you cancel before the professional is assigned, you are eligible for a full refund. If cancellation happens after assignment or arrival, a visit fee may apply.

2. Service Quality Issues

If service quality does not meet reasonable expectations, report the issue within 48 hours of completion for review.

3. Rework First Approach

In most cases, we prioritize free rework by a verified professional before processing a monetary refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days. Final credit time depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may be declined in cases of incorrect user information, denied access at site, or issues unrelated to booked services.
